Ligonier Valley Learning Center has been in operation for over 35 years. LVLC is a nonprofit human service agency. Highly skilled licensed clinicians offer exceptional services to children, youth and adults that promote mental health wellness. A teaching staff of educators provide early educational opportunities for children.

Services are provided in a safe, nurturing, and non-judgemental environment. An individuals strengths and needs are considered by trained professional clinical staff. Staff are dedicated and committed to fulfilling the mission and achieving the vision of the organization. Individuals are appreciated for their distinct family, cultural, and spiritual beliefs and differences. Individuals are treated with respect, honesty, and the most appropriate level of services. Programs and services are continually reviewed and evaluated for the purpose of improvement.

At LVLC's Counseling Center, individuals can receive individual, couples and family therapy.

In addition, Keystone Stars Educational Child Care and NAEYC Accredited Educational Child Care and State subsidized PA Pre-K Counts school readiness program is available to children.
